DO phish? Here is what phish members do:
- Experience advanced philanthropic leadership opportunities
- Provide the Dekko Foundation with experienced youth people who can serve on the Foundation's Grant Review Committee and fill possible internship opportunities
- Develop Program Officer Skills by helping with Youth Pod Grant Reviews
- Suggest strategy for and facilitate the Youth Pod Retreats
- Serve as a sounding board for short- and long-term Youth Pod strategic planning
- Support ESP with spot-on youthful opinions
