Education & Support for Philanthropy (ESP)
In 2005, the Dekko Foundation created ESP (Education & Support for Philanthropy) as a supporting organization for the Pods. They charged ESP with the responsibility working with Pod adults to insure that young people were empowered by the Pod experience. For the past three years, ESP has worked to support Pods through networking, regular communication, trainings, and more.
